Wholesale Terms & Conditions<\/h2>\n

Payment Guarantee:<\/strong> All owners\/shareholders of the buying company personally guarantee payment of balances due.<\/p>\n

Returns<\/strong> must be received by Geckoz within 30 days in \u201cAs New\u201d condition with store labels removed to receive an IN-House Credit.<\/p>\n

Geckoz Inc<\/strong>. reserves the right to refuse orders.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Wholesale Prices<\/strong>
\nWholesale discounted prices are available to customers that will be reselling our products to the consumer through an established retail store or web site. Please provide a copy of your resale license, or State tax ID to verify eligibility.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Minimum Order<\/strong>
\nThe minimum order is $150.00 plus shipping.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Placing Orders<\/strong>
\nYou may place your order several different ways:
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Submit your order via our wholesale site at www.geckozusa.com
\nYou must be a registered user to view this site. If you have not yet registered please go to Geckoz’ web site<\/a>, click on “Register” (below Log In) then “Create New Account”. Follow the prompts and submit your information.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Call our customer service representative toll free (775) 348-8768.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Email david@geckozusa.com. We can provide an order form to you via email.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Lead Time<\/strong>
\nTypically we ship orders within 4 business days and sometimes the same day. During a busy holiday season it may take up to 14 business days. If you have a rush order please let us know and we will exert extra effort to try to get your order out sooner.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Out of Stock<\/strong>
\nWe try to have everything in stock. However, there may be unavoidable outages. When an out of stock situation occurs we do not back-order<\/strong> out-of-stock items. We will either hold your order if we expect to have back in stock within a few days, or we will send your order without the items, with the expectation that you will order the out-of-stock items on your next order. We will note on your packing slip any items that you ordered that were out of stock.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Shipping<\/strong>
\nAll orders are shipped via UPS, USPS Priority or FedEx Ground so please provide a commercial ship-to address. Post office box addresses will be delivered via US postal Priority Mail service but the customer will take responsibility for lost or damaged product shipped this way.
\nShipping costs are determined at the time of shipping and these costs are passed on to the customer plus a per box handling charge. You will receive a invoice\/packing list with your order. Please pay this invoice. If you require an extra invoice, please contact our offices.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Shipping Errors\/Damaged Goods<\/strong>
\nYou must notify our office of any shipping errors or goods damaged in transit within 7 days of receipt of shipment. We will then either issue you a credit or send replacement product at no charge. We may require some items to be returned via Call Tag for our quality control department to evaluate. Geckoz Inc.\u00a0accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer\u2019s failure to comply with our carrier\u2019s delivery. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us then the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and credited for all merchandise returned in sellable condition.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/a>Payment<\/strong>
\nCredit Cards:<\/strong> We accept credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept company checks, ACH and Paypal.<\/p>\n

Net 30 Terms:\u00a0<\/strong>We offer terms sparingly. This is in keeping with our efforts to maintain viable stock levels.<\/p>\n

NSF Payments:\u00a0<\/strong>Checks returned due to insufficient funds could be considered fraud and subject the check writer to prosecution and fines. However, we understand that usually there is no criminal intent and in these circumstances we will only charge the legally allowed reimbursement for bank fees and other incurred costs.<\/p>\n

<\/a>International Orders<\/strong>
\nWe ship international orders on a prepaid basis only. Funds must clear before shipping.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Exclusivity<\/strong>
\nWe do not offer exclusivity of Geckoz inc. products in any one geographical area. However, we strive to coordinate a non-competitive environment among our customers by selling to customers that are a reasonable distant from each other, or offer them a different product mix.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Private Labeling<\/strong>
